Pieter Geldenhuis

Director – Senior Civil Engineer (RPEQ)

Pieter is a Civil Engineer, but titles such as “entrepreneur”, “inventor” and “businessman” are commonplace when referring to him. Pieter has a background in property development, business management and business strategy. Pieter’s recent civil experience is working across all aspects of Flood Reconstruction Projects, including damage assessment, oversight of submission collation, liaison with the QRA, contact management including scope review, program/budget management and much more. Pieter’s Engineering Expertise lies in his RPEQ and CPENG backed “three waters” skills. Pieter is an expert in stormwater review and design for residential and commercial applications and specialises in subdivision management. Pieter has a personal desire to sustainably create and share wealth with employees, clients and shareholders to help them reach their financial goals in life.

Eben Geldenhuis

Director – Senior Project Manager

Eben is a Senior Project Manager with a background in Business, People and Change Management Eben’s recent experience in the Waste Sector delivering the design and construction of Waste Management Facilities in South East Queensland. Eben has previous experience in Flood Reconstruction Works, Road and Pavement Design and Traffic Engineering. Eben is currently completing a Masters in Public Works Engineering to compliment his qualifications in Civil Engineering, Business and Project Management. Eben’s passion in the industry is to see his work empower others to reach their full potential, whether that is an employee completing a qualification or project, or a client reaping the benefits from an efficient and functional end product. Eben has had the privilege of speaking at the IPWEAQ State Conference on the ins and outs of the DRFA as one of the very first users of the system.

LINDSAY JOBLING

Director / Manager (Projects & Design) – Senior Civil Engineer (RPEQ)

Lindsay is an established Civil Engineer & Project/Program Manager with broad experience in public and private sector work. His 18-year career has been diverse covering roads, bridges, buildings, waste services, parks and other major public infrastructure. Lindsay is an established Project Leader and has delivered major infrastructure across the Toowoomba Region including the $67M TRC Principal Depot and over $50M during the 2011 Flood Recovery & Mitigation Program. Lindsay has extensive experience in complex program & project management, design and problem solving for public infrastructure and buildings in urban and rural settings. He strives to find innovative, cost-effective solutions through the use of new technology and out of the box thinking.
